Damaged goods
The conditions below are required to request a full refund or replacement for damaged goods:
1) You open the complaint by e-mail to cs@GooDevices.com within 48 hours of receipt *, providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package including the inner and outer box, courier bag , wrapped bubbles and product photos
2) Evidence of satisfactory investigation or confirmation by courier of physical loss or damage to goods obtained from courier or other concerned party
* The date of receipt is the date on which the status of the package is indicated as "delivered". After 48 hours of receipt, we will consider that you have received the package in good condition and therefore we regret that all complaints will not be processed from it.
